Ooh, this is fun. Touch of VA, but behind that - beautiful fruit notes. Blackberry, blueberry, autumn leaves, cherry. Honestly, the nose is more interesting than the palate, but it drinks brilliantly. High acidity that should be jarring but isn't because everything's so well balanced. Look, on paper this might sound unremarkable, but sometimes wine just works. This works. All the pieces fit together and suddenly you're halfway through the bottle* wondering where it went.
