Pinot Noir Blind Tasting is over, so I take Savigny-les-Beaune 2017 by Chandon de Briailles, a great ending for such a wonderful evening. In case of good winery, even basic wine delivers. Red fruits, candy, red flowers. Perfectly balanced. Elegant and sophisticated. Very long aftertaste.
