The nose is bright and inviting, layered with mirabelle plum, toasted hazelnut, lemon, and orange peel, intertwined with hints of brioche and cream. Funkier than the 2020, which adds character. On the palate, fine, persistent bubbles carry a rich, expansive texture with proper depth and intensity, balanced by subtle cinnamon weaving through the vibrant fruit and lees undertones. Delicious stuff - this is what good Crémant should be.
