A wild one. This is natural wine that could have come from anywhere and been anything - Pinot Noir only in name, really. Cold climate, sure, you can feel it. But everything here screams dogwood, sweaty horse, spices, wormwood. High acidity, fruit that's gone feral and sour, finish that lingers. Fun, tasty, genuinely enjoyable - and yet somehow faceless. The kind of wine you drink happily without thinking about, perfect background noise. Which is both its charm and its limitation.
