Riesling Macéré

A bright, unapologetically natural wine. At first, the heavy brett attack is downright off-putting, but with time, it settles---and what's left is a well-made, if somewhat predictable, skin-contact wine. Think cider, kombucha, lemon-infused iced tea, and a touch of overripe fruit. Good acidity, a nice hit of salinity, and once it finds its balance, it's actually quite enjoyable.
