Macerated Pinot Grigio easily deceives honest folk. The colour suggests a borderline rosé-red wine (romato!). Hopefully, it has nothing to do with the wrong interpretation (based on the English reading) of Rust - the place this wine comes from. Though, you can't stop my imagination now.
A delicate bouquet of white pepper, grapefruit, barberry and mors. Not simple and not complex at the same time. Good balance; acidity is medium, but a tiny bit of VA spices things up. And tannin is here, which is nice. It's meant to be pleasant and quaffable without any extra burden.
