Langhe Chardonnay

Ohhh yes! This is just stunning. Biscuit, vanilla, lemon, loads of fruit like white peach and green apple skin, a dusting of gunpowder and chalk, delicate florals with a whisper of hay and raw almonds. Slightly reductive in the best possible way. It's got power but wears it with elegance - fresh, mineral, focused, not over-buttered. Just beautifully shaped and ridiculously drinkable.
