This Savagnin may not have the wildly impressive bouquet of a macerated Chardonnay, but it is exceptionally good. It features an aromatic bouquet reminiscent of an IPA, ripe apricot, jam, wormwood, and nuts. The wine excels in balance and volume, with nicely integrated tannins and a long, intense aftertaste. More than just a wine, it's like a soothing calendula mixture for the soul. I love calendula, so I am sold.
