Funky and interesting Cariñena. It bursts with barnyard notes at the beginning. But oxygen is a miracle worker. A multi-layered and sophisticated bouquet of black fruits, chocolate, earth and spices. And while some of the aromas are not for everyone, the palate is well-balanced, round and mature. Medium-full body. Delicious.
