Colle Sant'Antonio Soave Classico

A seriously tasty Soave! I'm not usually the biggest fan of this style, but this one is just so beautiful and delicious. The nose is lovely - fairly salty yet with a touch of tropical fruit. Good acidity, a gentle sweetness that makes it very inviting. Nice minerality, a soft, rounded texture. A bit of wild herbs weaving through the fruit. Charming and very easy to enjoy.
