10X Pinot Noir

This Pinot Noir from the cooler regions of Australia is good, albeit a bit too young. It embodies a New World style but avoids being overly ripe. The aroma features ripe cherry, red flowers, earth, a touch of jam, chocolate, and meat. On the palate, it's fresh, yet the tannins remain too tough and not fully integrated. Still, it offers a pleasant bitterness in the finish.
