Tasting Notes
Relatively intense and sophisticated bouquet. Bruised apple, crushed sunflower seeds (oil?), honey, citrus, red apple, and chalk. Balanced and fruity palate. Long aftertaste, good structure and long persistent aftertaste. It becomes better over the evening. And I like it less chilled.
