Neat bouquet of earth, potatoes in the basement, dark fruits, jam, menthol, and liquorice. Powerful and dry tannins with a tiny bit of jammyness. Full-bodied with a long and flavourful aftertaste.
A blend of Mourvèdre (34%), Syrah (42%), Grenache (14%) and Carignan (10%). Manual harvest in crates was done on 19 September. Sorted grapes are vinified in traditional way, with 4 to 6 weeks' fermentation time. Malolactic fermentation in the barrel. Wine is matured in the barrel on fine lees. Unfined and unfiltered.
