Same underwhelming performance as the first bottle. Cherry, spices, harsh tannin, lots of oak. Two bottles, same story - this is the wine, not bad luck.

Interesting but very one-dimensional in its fruitiness and liquorice. Powerful, bright, loads of cherry. Tasty, just not terribly engaging. Decanting added some complexity, but it still feels a bit disjointed. Expected more.
