Not trying to be complex, and that's fine. But here's the thing - let it warm up a bit and give it some air, and suddenly it's not just another herbal-white-fruit situation. There's this buttery roundness that emerges, almost creamy, with the oak playing nice in the background. Good acidity keeps it honest. It's a wine that rewards patience - straight from the fridge it's boring, but twenty minutes later it's actually rather charming. Like someone who needs coffee before they can hold a conversation.
