Over the last few months, I've finished multiple bottles of La Clave, but only now realised that I haven't reviewed it yet. Look, a wine by Raúl Pérez with this price tag? I had to taste it, and after the first bottle, I simply took a few more. Cherry, pomegranate, grounded pepper, and earthy notes. Tannin is here, still rough, but not overwhelming. Fresh, juicy, medium-bodied, well-balanced and with long aftertaste. Despite many descriptors, it lacks complexity, but hey, the value is really nice.
