Oh, now we're talking. Touch of oxidation here, but the good kind. Candy on the nose mixed with farmhouse cider. The acidity's bang on, everything in balance, proper concentration. It's all there. Though I swear this used to be sharper, more crystalline - like they've let it sit a bit too long and it's gone slightly soft around the edges. Not bad though.
