Tasting Notes
Consider us lucky, as the bottle was corked. It manifested primarily in restrained bouquet and empty palate. Fortunately, there was a second bottle to compare and it was a completely different story.
The bouquet, with a hint of reduction, unfurls white flowers, tarragon, cream soda, and brioche, laying a straightforward yet nuanced trail for the senses. The palate follows, fresh and creamy, persistent through each sip. The finish brings a saline touch mingling with white flowers and tangerine. It's a well-tailored, comprehensible wine, not diving deep into complexity but hinting at a subtle evolution towards the finish. The balance scores, as does delicacy and the slight development manifesting in the finish.
