Régis Poissinet bottles his two main grapes on their own as Irizée Meunier and Irizée Chardonnay. Terre d'Irizée is where he puts them together.
Nearly half of this release is reserve wine. It was raised partly in oak barrels and partly in vats.
The blend moves from one release to the next. The June 2018 disgorgement had 39% reserve wine and 84% Meunier. The April 2023 disgorgement has more of both.
It was dosed at just 1.9 g/L. The label, by the artist Thomas Jedrzejak, shows an abundant garden, meant to stand for the richness of the terroir.
