Le Jaja du Fred

I had to decant this wine for a few hours for it to become tasty. Slightly shy nose: barberry, mulberry, wild strawberry jam, burnt wood, and burnt sunflower seeds. Delicate, fresh, well-balanced, yet simple and not fascinating.
