About
A blend of Nebbiolo 70%, Croatina 10%, Vespolina 10%, Uva Rara 10%. Fermentation and maceration in cement for 12/30 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally during the following spring. The wine is matured in large barrel for 24/36 months.
