Classique Brut d2025

Bit green and cider-y on the nose, with that slightly fermenty edge that makes you wonder if this needed more time on lees. Clean enough, sure, but there's a rustic streak here that's more farmhouse scrumpy than refined sparkler. The bubbles do their job, the fruit's tart and lean, and it'll absolutely work as an aperitif. Just don't expect poetry.
