·@Lo BarCompared to Jean Louis Denois Classique Brut d2025 NV, creamier texture here, less of that farmhouse funk. Round and fruity in an uncomplicated way - proper crowd-pleaser territory. The acidity's spot on, all crisp green apples and citrus snap, keeping everything fresh and lively. But then the finish arrives and… where did everyone go? It's like the wine just shrugs and walks off mid-conversation.
