Illustro Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

While I am not a fan of this heavy style, I can't help but enjoy the wine. While not inherently complex, it's well-made and delicious. A typical Bordeaux blend from Valul lui Traian. Intense yet charming bouquet of cassis, jam, oak, and tobacco. Round, well-balanced, and a bit too young, so the tannins are dry but well integrated. Prunes, spices, and tobacco in the finish.
