The Incline

After tasting eight incredible wines, someone asked - what about one more? We hadn't much time before the curfew, so we tasted this wine hastily. It was so tasty that I almost regretted opening it in such circumstances. On the other hand, it was so delicious that I enjoyed it even for a short period. Plum jam, gouache, black currant, black pepper, violets, and... Korean soup??? Ok, the evening was long. It has a velvety, medium-plus body. VA adds some complexity, but overall it's clean and quaffable.
