·@TenerifeProper Tenerife energy here. Opens with that characteristic volcanic reduction, but it's fleeting - quickly folding into wet stones and sea spray. Lemons and grapefruit lead, then toasted sesame, a touch of butter, some nuts. Everything clicks together with real precision - crisp, savoury, with this subtle spice that keeps you coming back. The minerality runs deep, that volcanic soil speaking clearly through the citrus. Balanced, moreish, with a finish that hangs around like good conversation. This is why I love Listán Blanco from the right hands.
