It was nice to taste a mature wine for a change. Notes of fried sunflower seeds, cherry confiture, raspberry, underbrush, animal farm, and a hint of tar. Wonderful balance with mature tannins that tell a story, followed by a long and delicious aftertaste. Mmmm, nice!
