Interesting stuff. Balsamic, mushrooms, liquorice root, prunes, earth. Very bright, powerful, developed. The house style seems to lean sweet and medicinal. Fascinating to taste Gallina with some age on it (though I've only had it from other, more classical and restrained producer before). The vermouth-like sweetness isn't quite my thing, but this is well made. Decent acidity, tannins still speaking the language of overbrewed tea. Intriguing. Wonder if it's got another 10+ years in it.
