Hortense is Haussmann Famille's white Bordeaux, from the Entre-deux-Mers. The crémant carries the same name, and the house lists it among its 2025 launches.
It is made by the traditional method, with the second fermentation in bottle. The Ukrainian importer puts its time on the lees at 9 to 12 months.
The house publishes no blend for the crémant. The grapes listed here come from the importer's data and have not been verified with the producer.
