The black sheep of the evening. Inky and viscous. But it sailed well (you see, despite the fact that sheep is not a ship). Lots of mulberry, dark berries jam, medicinal herbs, and liquorice syrup. Medium-bodied, round and well-balanced with nice acidity and tannin. It's the youngest brother of Kurni, the non-sweet and liquid version of mulberry jam mixed with cough syrup.
About
Manually harvested, fruit destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeast in cement tanks. Short maceration for ten days. Matured in a combination of cement and stainless for one year. No Filtration, no fining, no use of sulphur in vinification.
