Blanc de Noirs (d2024-11)

Good bones, but this is young and tightly wound. Baked apple, nuts, honey, salt - all the right elements are there, but everything's compressed and tense. Very energetic, almost vibrating with acidity. Tasty enough, but it's showing its youth rather than singing. This wants another year in bottle to relax and integrate. Drinkable now if you're impatient, but the potential's clearly higher than what it's showing today.
