G Punk

Great new arrival from fabulous Cascina Tavjin. Interesting nose, horse sweat, chocolate, nori (!!!), red berries, overly extracted black tea, a little bit of licorice and chamomile. Medium-plus body, high acidity, bright with long and evolving aftertaste. You see, it's a little bit crazy, not ideal, but boy it's good. Matches its name for sure.
