This one leans toward a slightly Nebbiolo-like profile. Black berries, a bit of earth, dried roses, and bitter, medicinal herbs. And then... a hint of fresh beetroot (why, though?).
On the palate, it shows firm yet delicate tannins, moderate acidity, and a long finish that transitions into a persistent, pronounced bitterness. So there's a lot to appreciate here - but the beetroot note and that overpowering bitterness do take away from the overall impression. Still, a solid and characterful wine.
