Viorica Orange

I didn't quite get this orange wine. For something labelled as low-intervention, unfiltered, and with six months on skins, it feels oddly sterile. The result comes across as hesitant.

There's a touch of something non-organic on the nose, mingled with apricot and seed-like notes. The aromatics are simple. On the palate, it's fresh, with just a hint of tannin and a relatively long finish. Balanced and easy to drink - but lacking any personality.
