Some say there is no shame in admitting you love rosé wines. In my opinion, there is no shame in admitting that you don't. Yet sometimes you get something good. This particular rosé might not be extraordinary, but it offers a typical yet relatively sophisticated bouquet. The palate presents more of a challenge with its combination of high acidity and very low residual sugar, yet it remains structured and delicious.
