It's not a secret that I like this producer. And while his Rosado is not something fascinating, it was a fresh breath after a bottle of typical rosé. Red apple, cheese, smoke, slightly rotten grapefruit, chalk. It has some notes of brine in the aftertaste, but it's not disturbing. Not simple and interesting result, it just lacks something in the palate to be great.
