·@Yaroslav MStill playing coy behind its youth, but there's proper Chablis magic here. Chalk and gunpowder frame those yellow fruits, with shells crunching underfoot and green apple cutting through. Just when you think it's all mineral austerity, a whisper of acacia honey slides in. The oak knows its place - supporting, not shouting. Sophisticated stuff that makes you sit up straight. Give it time to open up properly, or better yet, forget about it for a few years. This has stories to tell, just needs to find its voice.
