Very beautiful wine at a delicious age. Rich nose - red and black fruits mingling with dried herbs, pencil graphite, touch of spice. The fruits have that slightly wilted quality that comes with proper maturity.

Rounded, structured, mineral. The acidity's still there, but age has brought everything into balance. This is what you wait for - when all the elements finally stop fighting and start working together.
