Cuvée d Freux

I have to say it again, time makes La Sorga wines drinkable. But I can't say that they become any better. Soaked apples, hops and grapefruit. At least it is well balanced, and has deep evolving aftertaste. Overall this wine reminds me of a rock 'n roll fan that didn't grow up. And now he is sitting all dressed up in the same rugs as 60 years ago as if nothing changed, which is a sorry sight.
