Simple and funky. Honest enough on the natural-wine register, but not much to dig into past the surface. La Sorga isn't really my register - just simple SM.
About
La Sorga's SM cuvée - a Sauvignon Blanc and Marsanne blend - from Anthony Tortul's natural-wine project based in Montagnac (Languedoc). This is the 'édition spéciale cagna' release of the 2022 vintage, bottled July 2023. No added sulfites, 11% ABV, total SO2 just 10 mg/L.
