·@Lo BarSmells like a countryside breakfast: goat cheese, raspberry, wild strawberry jam - and oddly enough, it channels Langhe Nebbiolo in the best way. The fizz is gentle, more a murmur than a sparkle, and the whole thing drinks like a lightly carbonated Langhe with a touch of sweetness. Good acidity keeps it in check, but there's a heaviness that weighs it down a bit. Tasty, yes - but I miss the light-hearted chaos of their San Vincent. This one's a bit more grown-up, maybe too much so.
