About
Lady Black is a Fetească Neagră from Crama Ferdi. It is Romania's traditional red grape, and one of the varieties the winery rates most highly. The grape's name is usually translated as black maiden.
The grapes are picked and sorted by hand. The 2023 then spent 14 months in oak barrels and went into bottle unfiltered, so it can throw a deposit.
The 2023 limited edition ran to 2,860 bottles.
