3.2 Something completely unexpected. Skin contact (10 days) Chenin Blanc from Swartland, South Africa. Golden in colour, clean yet closed in nose. Flowers, pear, and citrus. Great acidity, though restrained. I need to taste it again after it settles down after to road.
