Tasting Notes
This wine elegantly straddles the line between simplicity and sophistication. It's imbued with sea-driven aromas, complemented by notes of yellow apple, lemon, white bread, and medicinal hints. With aeration, the fruit notes gently shift towards a slightly baked quality. The wine is sharp and insanely refreshing, offering a straightforward palate that doesn't lack in charm.
Sharp, straightforward sparkler. It doesn't build mazes but invites you in (haha). Notes of baked apple, custard, a hint of cheese, and a sea breeze. It's got a bold stance with apple, pear, and cream in the flavour profile. Solid buy for the buck (hryvna).
