·@GarageProper grown-up Soave. Lychee and acacia doing the pretty dance upfront, but there's something deeper here - toasted almonds, that kiss of oxidation. Quince and bitter almond keep things honest, while this saline minerality runs through everything like a backbone. The oxidative touch is deliberate, controlled - adds roundness without killing the freshness. Opens up beautifully with air, getting more complex and insistent. This is Soave with confidence issues resolved, knowing exactly what it wants to be. Contemplative stuff.
