More developed than at the beginning of the year (obviously?). An expressive bouquet, it's full of yellow fruits, salted pebbles, grapefruit and petroleum. Not overly complex, medium body, good volume, crunchy fresh, long aftertaste with mineral touch and flavours of apple seeds.

White flowers like jasmine, salted pebbles, apples, grapefruit and petroleum hints. Dry, slightly fizzy, crisp, good volume and taste evolution. Flavourful - fermenting lemon, sea rocks and cider. Delicious and mineral. Great, but fizziness slightly ruins experience.
