Purellus Riesling Pyramide Pet Nat

Well-made and pleasant drink. Typical yet not simple bouquet: ginger, bruised pear, IPA, white flowers and lemon. Fresh, mineral and slightly spicy. Nice. I would gladly drink it again, but it's so damn overpriced.
