My, my, what a blend. Acacia flowers, yellow plum, honey, bacon-flavoured salted peanuts and hints of VA. Good acidity, a bit elevated thanks to VA. But it has such a pleasant and evolving mouthfeel, more reminiscent of a gentle yet pushing sea wave. Is it salty? In a good way, unlike my uncle.
