·@KyivWorks well with food but lacks interest on its own. A touch of bruised stone fruit - overripe apricot, oxidized pear - balanced by herbal, cider-like notes that lean into the Pinot Gris's orchard character. Pleasant acidity and a hint of minerality, but the palate feels somewhat flat and one-dimensional. The fizz doesn't quite lift it.
