Rkatsiteli Rcheuli Qvevri

Rustic macerated Rkatsiteli. Candied zest, pencil shavings, clay, amber, peaches and persimmon. It has a nice balance between fruitiness and minerality. Full-bodied, round, sophisticated and well-structured. The only problem I have with this wine is the overly harsh finish like someone was using too many stems. Either decant it better or pair it with food.
